I ship worldwide from Italy with Poste Italiane (www.poste.it) 

Most of the orders of my shop are shipped with STANDARD MAIL (not tracked) this shipping method is fast and pretty safe, but if you want to be extra safe, REGISTERED MAIL service (tracked) is provided with a little extra charge.

If you need a tracking number please contact me and I'll give you all the infos about Registered Mail service (safer and tracked)

*I won't take any responsibility in case of shipping issues for packages sent with STANDARD MAIL (not tracked). No refunds/re-shippings are provided in case of lost packages...

If you want to be extra-safe be sure to ask for REGISTERED MAIL service

• EUROPE : 5/7 working days
• USA & CANADA : 1/2 weeks
• EVERYWHERE ELSE : 1/2 weeks or more...

this method is pretty safe and fast, however, sometimes delays may happen, I beg you to have a little bit of patience...

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery

If a package will return to sender or get lost for any reason, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
